1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CourtReporterDesigns services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

CourtReporterDesigns provides website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services specifically for court reporters. Services are provided as described in our service agreements and pricing documentation.

3. Ownership

Upon completion and full payment, you own your website content and files. You own your domain name. You may transfer your website to another hosting provider at any time.

4. Payment

Payment terms are as specified in your service agreement. Website build fees are due as agreed. Hosting and care plan fees are billed monthly or annually as selected.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel hosting or care plan services at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Website build fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Limitation of Liability

CourtReporterDesigns is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
